Therefore, we need your help to follow the rules listed below: 1) Keep the room clean and tidy. 2) Do not smoke in the conference room. 3) Take away your documents and personal belongings after the meeting. 4) Switch off all the electric equipment such as lights and computers, and close the doors and windows of the conference room before you leave. 5) Do not take any of the facilities out of the conference room without permission. 6) Compensation is required if any facility is damaged for personal reasons.
